1:1 Online Coaching - Email Check Ins

This coaching is all through email. It is not as personalized as the 1:1 Nutrition coaching but still a very good option. It will provide you with macros or one meal plan and will be adjusted as needed. Before purchase, you’ll fill out a form and based on your responses, I’ll create a macro prescription specifically for you. If you prefer a meal plan it’ll give you different options to choose from and I’ll customize your plan just to fit your macro goals! This is a great option if you don’t need as much guidance but still provdies you with a lot of direction. You’ll also receive:

  1. A program guide with recipes, tips and tricks to succeed.

  2. Workout plan laid out with your lifting, HIIT and cardio regimen - you can choose between an at home program (a bench and a light and heavy set of dumbbells are strongly recommended.) or a gym workout program.

  3. Personalized macro count, meaning we take into account your age, weight, body fat, and activity level to customize your plan.

  4. Pre and post workout meal

  5. Journaling and gratitude prompts

    *After Signing Up, you will be contacted with instructions on how to move forward. Make sure you check your junk, so you don’t miss anything! This option gets billed monthly until you want to cancel your coaching subscription.
